Description
This is a 2018 C322 ultrasound probe, which has been used for veterinary ultrasound applications. It was traded in by a customer upgrading their Sonoscape S8vExp machine. It was tested by our engineers on the machine they traded in with it, and it works well (the machine itself, however, does not, and powers off intermittently – hence us selling the probe separately).
It shows normal signs of use – cosmetic only. The most obvious sign of use is the discolouration of the probe head. Please inspect pictures thoroughly, prior to purchase.
Please also check compatibility prior to purchase by sending us your machine model and serial number. You can also check with Sonoscape directly quoting probe serial number B558445123, but they will obviously have a vested interest in dissuading you from purchasing a secondhand probe, and passing you onto their dealer of new equipment. If you contact us directly, we can correspond with them on your behalf, without them trying to sell you anything or passing your details onto a third party without your permission (as they are inclined to do).

This is not a guarantee compatibility with any of the above, and you MUST check for your specific machine before purchase. It will definitely not be compatible with another brand of system (must be Sonoscape), and it will very likely not be compatible with any human models, without a software update, which Sonoscape might charge for.
Please do not purchase until you are 100% sure of compatibility. Message us for help or to arrange to come and test it.
If you purchase without consulting with us first or checking compatibility, we will of course refund you the cost of the probe if you return, but we cannot refund our postage costs or any transaction fees we incur.
