Based in Bromley (BR2, a 15 minute walk from Bromley South train station), we are always looking for new talent to join our team. If you can think creatively and enjoy solving problems, we want to speak with you! We are particularly interested in individuals for the following roles:
- Customer servicer: we are, above all else, a customer service company. We deliver cutting-edge products, made truly excellent by the training and lifelong support we give our clients. Whether it’s a simple query on delivery times or a complex technical question, we want to make sure our customer receives the answer from the right person, quickly. If you are the type of person who will not be satisfied until your client is satisfied, we want to hear from you.
- Online marketing: nearly all of our business comes from word-of-mouth referral and returning customers, but we can always do a better job at staying in touch with our loyal clients, and keeping them up to date with our latest news and products. If you are a social media marketing guru or a newsletter whizz and want to grow with us, we can provide you with amazing products, a wonderful fan base, and the freedom to experiment.
- Product testing and technical support: Do you enjoy tinkering, optimising and fixing technology? We often receive ultrasound machines (computers!) for repair, software updates or internal board replacement. Often, these machines have been purchased from other companies originally, who are subsequently unable to support their customers. Our ScanX ultrasound machine is assembled from scratch on site and set up with our python-based software. What’s more, our laboratory is equipped with testing equipment for checking the spatial resolution of ultrasound transducers, and measuring thermal outputs – and if you come up with something else you’d like to experiment with or improve upon, we’re up for it!
