Apogee 2100v for small animal scanning

The Apogee 2100v is ideal for the busy scanning clinic that needs to connect their system to a large monitor via HDMI. It is classed by Siui as their entry-level colour Doppler system, and as such, it delivers stunning 2D image quality but with the added bonus of being able to visualise blood flow. It also has pulsed wave Doppler capabilities (included at no extra charge) which, in the context of pregnancy scanning, allows more advanced users to quantify blood flow in the foetus and the umbilical artery. It also offers an alternative to M-mode for monitoring foetal heart rates. For this reason, this and the Apogee 1000 Lite are most popular for veterinarians or for reputable, established clinics working hand-in-hand and under the guidance of veterinarians.

This machine includes:

  • Apogee 2100v ultrasound system
  • Microconvex probe
  • Power cables
  • Battery (for backup/emergency use only: provides 30 minutes of scanning time)
  • 2 year warranty

Please note that these machines are made to order and are unlikely to be available for next-day delivery. Typical delivery time on this system is two weeks.

Description

The Apogee 2100v has the same standard of image quality as the Apogee 1000 Lite. The only significant differences between them are that the Apogee 2100v has an HDMI port, but is subsequently larger and less portable than the Apogee 1000 Lite.

This machine performs very well with a microconvex probe. If you are wanting to scan with a low frequency convex probe, we recommend the Apogee 2300.
